Privacy Note
Plain and short — what we collect when you register, and why.
This note explains how the All India Bankers Association (AIBA) handles the information you provide when you register as a Founding Member. It is intentionally brief for now and will grow into a full policy as AIBA formalises.
What we collect
Only what you enter on the registration form and the document you upload:
- Your name, father's name, date of birth and date of joining bank service
- Your PF / employee number, bank name, branch name and branch address
- Your permanent address, mobile number and email
- One identity document — a colour copy of your ID card or latest salary slip
Why we collect it
Solely to verify that you are a genuine banking professional and to maintain your AIBA membership record. That is the only purpose.
How it's stored
Your details are held in a secure database and your uploaded document is stored in protected storage that is not publicly accessible. Backups are taken so your information is safe — which is why you'll never be asked to submit these documents again.
Who can see it
Access is restricted to the AIBA founding team for verification only. We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties.
Your consent
When you tick the consent box on the registration form, you agree that AIBA may store and use the information above — including your PF/employee number, bank/branch details, address, and ID/salary document — strictly for AIBA membership verification.
